Our 2 slides doors roller has been broken. I bought 4 right sized rollers. Only big problem is I do not know how to put back doors after installed rollers. I could not find way to solved. Some roof timber issues to be fixed by a qualified building professional. 1) Underpurlin has split 2) Rafter to the bottom section of the roof around the garage area has separated from the underpurlins. 3) Garage & Upper Section - no perimeter tie-down straps were observed. Metal tie-down straps required. 4) One split roof strut was observed in the lower section of the roof space -no longer structurally adequate to safely support the roof load above. 5)There are i-Beams to the bottom roof that the timber is not fastened to the i beams as required.The timber has dislodge.All timbers that are laid on top of steel i beams must be either bolted, tex screwed or shot fired. If shot fired, the nail must be protruding through the i beam. 6) A ducted air-conditioning unit was observed resting directly on the ceiling joists within the roof space. Should be supported by the structural roof trusses. Kindly Provide a Quote for the work and when it can be done.

Looking for someone familiar with carpentary, pop up event builds, handy? to repair and modify my portable fold-out event bar ASAP, ideally completed before the 30th. It was damaged during transport while strapped to roof racks. One of the folding side walls detached due incorrect hinge attachment, and no lock. Wind caught the panel and ripped it off. Structure is made out of plywood and metal frame, idc how u do it… i just need both sides to match, if it means rebuilding both sides thats fine. Need Repaired: • Side wall rebuilt/remade & reattached with correct heavy-duty hinges • Remaining side wall removed and reattached with correct hinge • Add Lock Mechanism, to keep side walls locked shut when folded The bar folds compact for transport, has two side panels that fold outward from the centre section acting as supports the bench-top sits on top of. Modifications: • Add removable internal shelf/workstation (becomes new bartender benchtop/work area) -Must remove in 1 piece, and made from heavier timber with slot/slide system for pack up/down. • Cut out made to current bench-top, so it functions more as a serve counter. • Cutout in new shelf to create ice trough insert. •Wheels with lock added to structure for easy transport, and possible handle strap Just need it to look aesthetic, and be secure for transport… open to your ideas if quick and budget friendly. Important notes: Bar is located at my partner’s house in Maddington, happy for work to be completed onsite but you must provide your own tools and materials. Access available weekdays only between 9am–4pm. Obviously happy for agreed quote to reflect material/supply costs. If this job goes well, I have multiple similar projects/future work I’d love ongoing help with from someone experienced in carpentry/custom builds. Need this done ASAP
