I’m looking for a skilled carpenter to trim the bottom of my acoustic wall panels so a new carpet can be installed beneath them. Removal or install of the carpet is NOT part of the job scope. Just trimming the bottom of the panels. Scope of Work: • Trim approximately 10mm from the bottom edge of wall-mounted acoustic panels (panels will remain fixed during cutting) • Cuts must be clean and even to allow the carpet layer to tuck underneath • Care must be taken to avoid damaging the panel finish or surrounding walls Additional Details: •Wall length: 3.2m • A bed will need to be moved to allow access — I’m happy to assist with this (it is heavy) • Please ensure the area is left clean and tidy after the work is done.

Hi, my vehicle suffered and engine issue resulting in it leaking engine oil on the apartment's ground and basement parking. The are a few pools of engine oil leak on each floor (from where the vehicle was parked) and one dotted trail connecting both (from when vehicle moved from basement to ground floor).
