I'm building a kitchenette in a rental property, and need an Acacia Timber Benchtop purchased from Bunnings ,cut to size that I need it to be. The benchtop is 2200 x 600, and I need to to be cut to 2000 x 530. Probably a 10 minute job for someone who's got the right tools such as circular saw or track saw, and knows what he's doing. I need panels cut up for my business

We really like this table which can be extended from a coffee table height to a dinning table (130cm x 76cm). However, we don't love the ceramic top and don't think the style will go with our other furniture. We are wondering if it would be possible to pull off the top boards/stats and replace it with some better quality wood or an artificial material which is better suited. I am not an expert, but I assume it would require removing the old pieces, cutting new ones to size and treating as required, and fixing them appropriating in the place of the old ones.
