Find experienced local carpenters in Bondi Beach

I have 16 customised timber boards that I store in my van for my rental business. I have a Hyundai Iload I need someone to help build a system that keeps them secure and prevents them from sliding. I’m currently using pool noodles in between. Each board is 1.8m long and 0.6m wide.

Our sliding door on rollers is stuck it's just stopping at this point in the photo. It slides to the left find but now will not go all the way to the right. Looking for carpenter to come fix please thanks

One item is an old Gibbard brand WALNUT chest of drawers from a good Canadian manufacturer: the drawers no longer slide open easily (A couple of support boards and guide pieces are missing underneath, among other problems.) The other is an old church chair, perhaps 100 years old, in oak. Some tenants broke BOTH of the legs and then clumsily tried to repair the damage using bracket and screws. It looks very bad and is unsteady.

We need to shorten the legs on a hardwood cot by about 15cm. Table saw preferred for accuracy.

I am looking to get a small section of our wood floor repaired and refinished. The area under a desk chair has noticeable wear. The finish has worn off and there are some light surface marks but the rest of the floor is in good condition. Ideally we’d like to explore a localised sand and recoat (or a buff and blend) rather than a full room refinish, provided the finish cans be matched well.

Sand, seal and stain existing timber floorboards in the bedroom, living and hallway of my apartment. Around 20sqm. Photos show current floor state and overall room size. The carpet + lining will be removed prior to this task. Any questions please let me know.

We are having a new security door installed but need carpenter to remove some existing old doors frame beading where current door frame is.

Tools required to secure 2 already built billy bookcases to brick wall & ALSO cut larger skirting board notches so bookcases back snug to wall Have the basic screws & brackets provided w Ikea flatpack (see photos) Will require tools/approp hardware to secure into brick wall & trim baseboard notch provided by handyman Thanks!

I have a leak on the wall and we suspect it could be because the screws used to hung the cabinet are too deep and the cavity wall has been perforated. (It’s a double brick building) The leak has been there for years but it only happens when we get massive rain. I require someone experienced with cabinet removal and install . The roof is not on the top floor and in the room above there is no leak so that’s why we believe is from the side which is an external wall. Do you have experience with leaks like this one?
