Hi I’m Harvey, I am a builder in Bondi. I need a hand doing carpentry, fitting out a new bar in Bondi. We need to build a banquet seat, bar and timber lined ceiling. Very flexible with time.

Looking for someone experienced in cabinetry, joinery and general handyman work for multiple small jobs in an apartment. Please see pictures in order as each picture relates to a different task. 1. Kitchen cabinetry gap (picture 5) Fill and neatly finish gap between ceiling hung kitchen cabinetry and wall. Looking for a skilled handyman/carpenter to install a timber plywood feature wall in my bedroom. The job involves: * Installing plywood panels onto ONE bedroom wall only (behind bed) * Panels will already be stained/sealed by me * Installing a thin timber trim beneath the existing ceiling cornice * Installing timber trim/joining pieces where needed * Preference for a clean, minimal finish with evenly spaced shadow gaps between panels IMPORTANT: * I would prefer minimal permanent wall damage if possible so no glue preferably idk if this is possible to * Prefer nail gun / fixing method rather than full glue adhesion * Wall is plaster/hard wall * Would love someone experienced with interior feature walls/paneling/cabinetry finishes Room is small and access is easy. Replace timber lattice on small apartment balcony – Bondi Looking for someone to remove and replace a section of timber lattice screening on my apartment balcony. The current lattice is old and leaning, so I’d like it replaced with a new lattice panel and secured properly to the existing structure. Prefer white PVC lattice for durability in outdoor coastal conditions. Important: There is a passionfruit vine growing through the lattice from the neighbouring side that I would like to keep. The replacement will need to work around the vine so it isn’t cut or damaged. Details: • Remove existing lattice • Supply and install new lattice panel • Secure it properly so it sits straight Balcony size is approx 4.45m long × 1.73m wide. Easy access via apartment. Flexible timing over the next few weeks.

build a custom bench with drawers for the living room

I need to build some storage which I’d like to be like a bench chest, with a hinged lid. Alongside that I’d like to create a corner desk which would need a piece of wood cut to fit with a curved edge at the front. It’ll also need a hole at the back for wires to fit through. I’ll then fix some pre-bought legs to the base, so just the tabletop needed. Open to offers with reasonable quotes

There are some minor water stains on my lounge room ceiling and adjacent hallway ceiling. Leak from roof now repaired. I need two coats of ceiling white applied to these surfaces. No primer coat. No edging needs to be painted. Very quick and simple job.

Carpenter needed I need 5 outdoor tables replacing 70cm diameter Screwing onto the bases

I have 16 customised timber boards that I store in my van for my rental business. I have a Hyundai Iload I need someone to help build a system that keeps them secure and prevents them from sliding. I’m currently using pool noodles in between. Each board is 1.8m long and 0.6m wide.

Our sliding door on rollers is stuck it's just stopping at this point in the photo. It slides to the left find but now will not go all the way to the right. Looking for carpenter to come fix please thanks

One item is an old Gibbard brand WALNUT chest of drawers from a good Canadian manufacturer: the drawers no longer slide open easily (A couple of support boards and guide pieces are missing underneath, among other problems.) The other is an old church chair, perhaps 100 years old, in oak. Some tenants broke BOTH of the legs and then clumsily tried to repair the damage using bracket and screws. It looks very bad and is unsteady.

We need to shorten the legs on a hardwood cot by about 15cm. Table saw preferred for accuracy.

I am looking to get a small section of our wood floor repaired and refinished. The area under a desk chair has noticeable wear. The finish has worn off and there are some light surface marks but the rest of the floor is in good condition. Ideally we’d like to explore a localised sand and recoat (or a buff and blend) rather than a full room refinish, provided the finish cans be matched well.
