1) i have a set of wooden steps leading up to a deck/balcony at the back of the house. unfortunately the top step seems too steep and people keep tripping. so i think the steps need to be raised higher the stairs only have 5 steps leading up to the deck. plus i would like a handrail for safety. I am happy with pre fabricated handrail that simply screws in or hand made out of timber 2) there is a separate smaller step that need to be adjusted by 20cm. 3) some of the vertical planks along the deck's railing need to be adjusted as they are wider than 20cm apart. which is non compliant. happy to meet and explain the job. I am available to do so over the weekend or during the week I will have some other bigger carpentry jobs available after this is done too (i will post some pictures tomorrow) the price is to get a quote so you can inspect and quote accurately
