Current bathroom: • Standard single bathroom (~6–7 m²) • Tiled walls & floor, shower recess, vanity, toilet • Needs full update and waterproofing redo Scope of work: • Remove existing fittings, tiles, and old waterproofing • Prepare and waterproof subfloor and walls to code • Install new wall and floor tiles • Replace shower base, screen, vanity, toilet, mirror, and tapware • Fit new lighting, fan, and towel rails • Paint ceiling and any plaster areas • Clean up and dispose of all waste Please include in your quote: • Labour + materials (or specify if labour-only) • Tile size/type options and finish (matte/gloss, porcelain/ceramic) • Vanity, toilet, and tapware recommendations (mid-range quality) • Warranty on waterproofing and workmanship • Time estimate and start availability • Required trades (plumber, tiler, sparky) Preferences: • Licensed and insured trades • Clean, reliable finish—modern, bright look preferred • Flexible with dates (weekday after 4 PM or weekend access possible)

A small bathroom renovation project. It’s a compact apartment in Manly that needs: • New toilet and taps • New vanity • Tiles regrouted • Some tiles repaired/replaced (cracked and sunken near the washing machine area) I would also want removal of the old vanity and toilet. Can provide more details and context. The replacement parts will be in the apartment already and will just need installing. Unfortunately there are lots of stairs to get to the apartment. So if that's an issue, this is probably not the job for you.

I am wanting to put a small bathtub in my bathroom instead of our existing shower. So the plumbing is all there already we just need to remove the shower screen and the bathtub can’t be wider than 1.4m . Plenty of room for the debth

Hello, My partner and I have just started demolishing our bathroom and would really like it done up. We have removed the old mirror and part of the old shower wall connected to the vanity. We are in the process of removing the vanity, it’s already off the wall, but, we are kind of stuck on where to go from here. We would like your expertise to hopefully bring our vision to life. It is a very small bathroom with a low ceiling. Ideally we want this space to feel a little bigger, livelier and modern. We will be suppling the vanity, mirror and shower head for the renovation. We are unsure at this stage what we can do with the tiles, but we are open to suggestions. Just an fyi we noticed there was no water proofing, behind the vanity mirror and also the wall connected to the vanity.
