At this stage we are mainly looking to: • Replace the old bathtub with a new one • Install a new modern vanity and mirror (possibly relocating the vanity to the current laundry tub position) • Replace the toilet with a new one • Move the washing machine outside the bathroom and install a tap and washing machine connection • Make the necessary plumbing adjustments for the above changes Additional notes: • If the ceiling is still in good condition, we prefer to keep it. • If the wall and floor tiles are still in good condition, we prefer to keep them and avoid full retiling where possible.
