Waste hole has already been cut in the stone top, but holes may need to be cut through the back and bottom of the vanity to route the pipework to the existing plumbing. - Install basin mixer onto vanity: Mixer hole is already cut in the vanity stone top but as per above, you'll need to route the plumbing through the vanity to the existing wall plumbing.
