Here’s what I’d like done: • Remove all the old wall and floor tiles and replace them with new ones • Take out the existing bathtub and install a new modern-style bathtub with a sliding glass shower door • Install a new vanity with good plumbing and finishing • Replace the old toilet seat, and also relocate a new toilet to the area where the bathtub used to be • Fit new taps, shower fittings, and accessories • Make sure everything is done neatly and up to standard, including waterproofing and plumbing Basically, I want the space to look fresh, modern, and functional — so attention to detail is really important. I need a bathroom renovation and mould removal in the bathroom. Completely new cabinets, sink, shower and new door. Walls with water damage also need to be fixed. Doesn't need to be fancy or amazing quality but just clean and usable.

Bathroom renovation - Removing old tiles, fixtures, bathtub, etc (vanity already removed) - Install new shower over bathtub - Install new toilet - Waterproofing of room to AS3740 Standard and tiling - Install electrical ports, lighting fixtures and powered bathroom vanity cabinet

Vinyl flooring which had a crack at the base of the shower, went to get it repaired and when the old vinyl was lifted up the waterproofing was glued to it so it has been compromised. Old vinyl left in place and a makeshift solution provided but desperately need the old vinyl lifted, re-waterproofed and new vinyl laid. I can organise the new vinyl laying separately but they can’t do the waterproofing. Must be certified.

Change copper to PEX for double vanity existing pipe is capped off in the wall. Change copper to PEX for shower, existing pipes are in the roof capped off above the bathroom. Move pipe for toilet

We’re renovating our bathroom. Floor and walls removed. On stumps with good access under the house. Licensed please Chasing quotes : We need rough-in’s for: Moving vanity drain and water hoses (?) up to suit a wall hung vanity and move approx 1.5m to other corner Changing location of toilet to opposite wall (approx 2m). Cold water hose is already here but may need moving ~30cm.
