I am renovating a townhouse bathroom and would like to reconfigure the taps. The bathroom has been stripped. I am combining the bathtub and shower in the new bathroom. The existing bath tab taps need to be removed. The existing shower head and taps need to be extended and a bathtub faucet added. I am planning to use a combination shower head and tap system. I am not sure of cost - have just put in a nominal fee.

Rental property - bathroom renovation. Bathroom has been gutted and gyprock needs to be repaired/replaced in preparation for tiler. There is also a second door in the bathroom which I would like removed and closed up on either side (walk in wardrobe on the other side). There is a separate toilet which will also require a small amount of gyprock to be repaired. I have attached photos. The bathroom measurements at 2 meters x 2.75 meters. I’m looking for an experienced renovator, builder or handyman to manage and complete a small bathroom renovation at my investment property in Slacks Creek. The bathroom is approximately 2m x 2m and has already been demolished, ready for the rebuild. I’ve attached the best photos I have of the demo, although they don’t show the full extent of the work. The existing shower has now been completely removed. I’m looking for someone who can either: * Complete most of the work themselves (where appropriately licensed), or * Coordinate the required trades, including plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry and painting. The existing layout will stay largely the same, with no major plumbing changes. The aim is a simple, modern, cost-effective bathroom to prepare the property for sale. I’m happy for you to source and supply all materials and fixtures, or I can supply items such as the vanity, toilet and tiles if preferred. Please only apply if you are fully insured, can provide a warranty on your work, and have experience managing bathroom renovations. Floors in tow small bathrooms have been resurfaced. Old silo was dug out at the time. New silo needs to go around floor edges and shower floor. Grey color ideally. Each bathrooms approx 1.8mx3m
