Access posible from below (100mm clay pipes.) I have tried to give as much info - but need drainage and water moved so I can get on with walls/tiling and fitout.

We have a wardrobe next to our bathroom and we have noticed water leaking into it whenever we take a shower. We are not sure if the issue is with the tiling or plumbing.
