[Looking for an experienced tradesperson/team to renovate two bathrooms upstairs in a 2003 Maylands townhouse.] *Already supplied by us:* - Tiles - Toilets - Vanities/mirrors - Tapwares including shower fittings, waste and drainage fittings *To be supplied by tradesperson - if it's easier we can potentially buy and supply:* - Shower screens - Sealants, adhesives, grout - Any other consumables/materials needed to complete the job *Scope of work:* - Strip out tiles and existing fixtures in both bathrooms - Waterproofing - Tiling (supplied tiles) [large 60*60cm on the floor, and up to 1.20m high, and smaller subway tiles from 1.20m to 2.15m high] - Install toilets, vanities and tapwares (supplied) - Supply and install new shower screens - Plumbing [going from standalone to wall hung vanities, so will require light plumbing] and electrical connections as required [mirrors have built in plugs, not sure how to connect them to main electrical network] (please confirm if licensed/can coordinate trades) - Final fit-off and clean-up (including disposal) Bathrooms are around 5sqm each - pictures provided.
