I am seeking a suitable solution to safely secure the bottom and sides of my two existing timber exterior gates to prevent my small dogs from getting out of the property. Requirements: Dogs are small-breed Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and can fit through relatively small gaps. The two gates must remain fully functional and able to open and close normally. The solution must prevent the dogs from squeezing underneath or through gaps along sides of the two gates. Any materials used should be durable, weather-resistant, and securely attached. The installation should not create sharp edges or hazards for pets, or prevent the ability to unopen gates. Scope of Work: Assess all exterior timber gates and identify potential escape points. Supply and install suitable materials to secure the bottom and side gaps of gates. Ensure gates can still be opened and closed with ease after installation. Provide a neat, professional finish that blends with the existing fencing where possible. The primary goal is to create a secure yard enclosure that prevents small dogs from getting out without affecting the usability of the gates.

I am looking for a handy person or carpenter to replace a damaged wooden gate post at the side of our house. The job will require you to: 1. Remove the existing damaged timber post from the rendered wall. 2. Supply, cut and install a new piece of outdoor treated timber. 3. Secure the new post to the wall with solid masonry anchors. 4. Remount the gate so it aligns and closes securely. Gate is 1.16cm wide and 1.47cm high

The back on my Garden is an original steel fence . The rest of the garden is a timber fence installed when the house was built last year. I would like a timber fence installed against the old one so it all looks the same.

The gate is tpugh to open and needs more support

We need some fencing replaced - open to replacing with wood (as is) or aluminium battens so please advise on quote what type. $100 just put on there to open up the offers. If wood can leave small section of panels that have not been removed (shown in photo) so will be approx 8ms If aluminium would need to remove all remaining wood and would be approx 10ms

Replace 3-4 wooden fence posts. Set at least 600 deep. Price listed is for 4, so $175 each so if we agree on the day only 3 required would reduce to $525.

Latch for the exterior wooden gate needs to be fixed. I have attached the photos.

Hey, the hinges on my outdoor wooden gate have come loose and the screws aren’t holding properly anymore. Some screws may need replacing. Just looking for someone to re-secure the hinges properly and make sure everything is solid.

Due to wear, the wooden anchor post securing our back gate has lost its hinges and the gate no longer attaches to it. Require patch to exterior wooden gate + paint

We recently got our brushwood fencing repaired, but the bottom is a bit uneven. We need someone to trim the bottom of the fence (see picture for reference) to match the length of the rest of the fence. The section we need cut is only 1.6m in length. You would need to use something strong enough to cut through the wood and wire. Must suppply own tools. Power available.

shared fence with neighbour is leaning. The fence is standard wood, about 7 metres long. The fence is 9 years old and in good condition, except for the lean! The fix for the lean is a few new fence posts - 3 max, potentially concreted into the ground, which would straighten the fence back to where it should be. We are looking for some quotes to get the job done.

Looking for a fix on this fence, it needs replacing but just need to get it in a half decent shape before getting it replaced at a later date. A handful of pailings need to be replaced, but mostly just getting it standing up and half straight. Not looking for perfection, just a temporary fix to make it solid. Two sections. First is roughly 10m long. Another smaller section 3m long at the back.
