The garage door motor seems to have some problems that it can’t open the garage door although I can hear the currency from the motor.

Realign Shower door. Shower door has been misaligned and can’t open/close properly. May need to replace. Please see photos

Sliding door does not align up so need someone to see if it can be fixed

Currently the toilet door swings inwards with lift up & off disability hinges but the door needs to be re-hung so it swings outwards for safety reasons.

We have a Bradnam double glazed sliding stacker door that needs to be reverse configured. The door frame is 2430 mm by 2688 mm with three panes. It currently opens from right to left. This needs to be reversed to left to right. - Due date: Before Sunday, 26 November 2023

I have a double pantry door that is catching on newly installed flooring, and has uneven hinges. I need the door adjusted so that both halves of the door are even, and door no longer catches. Probably a simple job for somebody who knows how kitchen door hinges work!

New window was installed by creating a new opening on the brick wall. I need someone neatly finish the brick wall around the window. See pic

Newly installed carpet is higher than original, and 3 doors are now dragging on carpet. Need doors removed and adjusted so they no longer drag on the carpet. Two doors are normal internal doors, one door is a sliding door

We have mirrored wardrobe sliding doors in 2 bedrooms we want flipped so the mirrored side is facing inwards and the non mirrored side is facing the bedroom. The job requires being able to take doors out, flip them, put them back in on the tracks and also take the handles off and screw them in the same position but on the other side of the door. Must have experience doing this work before and have all tools and knowledge what to do. Must be able to clean up after. Location - Wantirna

2 small jobs. 1) Door not closing fully (I suspect need to shave the top of the door)I also have the paint for the door on hand. 2) Tap needs to be tightened extremely tight in order to stop leaking. I think washer needs to be replaced, However could not remove the faucets myself to try.
