We would greatly appreciate help with our door, we can barely open it. The rollers in our glass sliding door are broken, and the screws to remove them are stripped. Tried removing screwswith an extractor but no joy. Need someone who has the right tools to temove screws, rollers and replace (im not sure which type they are as I can't access them).
