I had a handyman/apprentice carpenter who took the door down and found the roller broken. I have bought the replacement roller kit he asked me to get to attach the door to the top of the door frame but the handyman has disappeared and the door is now lying against the wall.

I need a standard interior door rehung so it opens outwards instead of inwards. • Hinges and strike plate will need to be moved to the opposite side of the frame. • Handle/latch may need to be reversed or reinstalled. • Some light carpentry may be required to patch/adjust frame for the strike plate. Looking for someone with carpentry/handyman experience who can do this neatly and ensure the door swings and latches properly. Please bring your own tools.

Carry the mirror down a staircase and then hang it on an outdoor, undercover, wall. Not sure if the wall is concrete or brick, but it’s very solid. Mirror is: Hamilton D Shaped Mirror (1500mm x 1100mm) You will need all tools required to mount/ hang it, and ability to carry it and lift it into place. FYI the doors opened fine before the motors failed – have been opening them manually for a couple of years so I think the mechanism works OK. Install a new Door Jam into a new stud wall. The old jam is gone as is the old wall. The new wall has the last stud loosely fitted (not nailed) to allow for perfect fitting of the new door frame. All timber is on site. The new door jam will need hinge fittings chiselled out to fit the old door. The old door - in near new condition needs to be rehung int the new door jam.
