My doors on my 2011 Hyundai i40 are sometimes not locking using the key fob. I’ve been told by Hyundai and another auto electrician that it could be the actuators failing in the door but would have to test with one first then make the way round. The problem seems to get worse when left in heat or sun.

I have a door in my garage that needs trimming as it scrapes the floor. I also have an internal bathroom door that requires the top trimmed to avoid scraping the ceiling.

We are putting in new floor boards and need to grind down the bottom of our front door by 8mm Need someone to take the door off, grind down the bottom and put the door back on the hinges.

The doorknob is broken and the toilet is leaking from the base. Both need to be fixed or replaced. The quote of $400 should cover all labor and parts (new lock and new toilet).

Wooden casement window with a crank. Window no longer closes, likely due to light swelling of wood due to water. Want to shave back wood (or otherwise fix) so window closes.

Water is leaking in through the edges of my window when it rains. I suspect the sealant or waterproofing around the window frame is no longer effective. Looking for someone experienced to inspect the issue and re-seal or repair as needed to stop future leaks.
