I’d like a professional locksmith to change the existing fire door and lock to be 1 digital lock (potentially McGrath). Obviously to be fire rated and work with the space we have so no gaps. The main issue for us is that we cannot tell from inside whether the door is locked. LED display would be nice. Located in Randwick

Existing shower glass on the other wall is 10 mm thick and approximately 2015 mm high. Looking for a suitable shower door solution that matches the existing glass, with brushed-gold hardware. The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.

Updated to remove reference to taps as this requires a separate job by a plumber. 1) Front door doesn't shut properly and needs to be slammed to shut. The hinges need to be replaced (brushed brass) and the door planed and rehung. 2) Hang two paintings (2 x screws in rendered wall for each)
