Hi, I need help fixing my garage door and remote. The motor is quite old and doesn’t have a clear brand label. At the moment, there is no proper connection between the remote and the motor. The remote is not working normally, it only operates the door when I hold the button down, and even then the door just goes up and down incorrectly. Current issues: • Remote not paired with the motor • No normal open/close function • Door only moves while holding the button • Door movement is inconsistent (goes up/down incorrectly) I believe the system needs to be reset and properly reprogrammed, and possibly checked for any motor or receiver issues. Hi There, I have an aluminium door and door frame. Where the aluminium door the screws have wiggled out, need someone to attend and fasten the door to the door jam as it only has become loose. There is also a bolt to hold the door open, the 4 screens for that have come off as well, and it needs to be fixed back to the door. It's a business open 9am to 5pm.
