My front door, and my garage door, no longer open and close because the house has shifted. The front door is stuck closed. I need someone who can take the doors off the hinges, shave them down, put them back up, and make sure they open and close correctly.

Remove current internal French doors with solid wood glass doors. Install all handles etc also. 2 doors are 235cm x 72cm

Outside door needs to be measured, replacement sourced and installed. Current door has a built in window - two panes of glass - with an integrated blind between the panes. Doesn’t need to be identical but some light would be great. Please be clear what the quote includes - I’ll assume the quote includes all costs except the door itself.

My door handles for my bedroom door broke. I have bought replacement handles but I need them fitted. I think the hole needs to be made a bit bigger. I need someone with the skills and tools to do so. I live in Abbotsford, near Richmond IKEA (not sure why the ad says Kew) One door

Look for experienced handyman with to help reverse opening direction of two old bedroom doors. (I still want them opening in to the bedrooms, but want them hinged on the opposite side). Each door currently swings in the wrong direction for the room layout. The requirement is to re-hang both doors so they open in the opposite direction while maintaining a clean, finished appearance consistent with the rest of the house. Scope of work: • Removing each door from its current hinges • Reversing or replacing hinges as required • Relocating hinge rebates in the door jamb • Re-cutting latch and strike plate positions so doors close and latch correctly • Ensuring door alignment, clearances, and swing are correct and smooth • Making good any minor damage to the frame or door caused by the change (e.g. filling old hinge or strike recesses) Would prefer the work was done over the next few days. My house shifted and the latch bolts no longer line up with the striker plate positions on my front door. I need someone to extend the striker plate holes, install new striker plates, and make sure wood door and security screen now close correctly.

Looking for recommendation and installation of solution for dog door. The pictured window is where we propose for it to be installed. The window slides up and down so dog can come and go however so can birds so we need a better solution. Dog is west highland terrier about 10 kgs.
