I have two large second storey windows which need two fly wire screens installed. The screens have previously been installed but have fallen off. Sturdy long ladder needed and possibly some new plastic screws/inserts needed to ensure the screens remain secure.

We have 2 glass sliding doors. One is about 3m long and 2.6m high.It opens about 30% then can’t be budged. I have opened the two panels at the top revealing the adjustment bolts. One bolt is missing. The other smaller door is really hard to budge and I haven’t opened the panels.

With the humid weather (and potential old age) our front door has dropped and now doesn’t close properly now. I think the issue is with the top hinge, as the screws seem tight. Door is now scrapping on the floor, and damaging the bottom of the door frame. When closing, the garage door reaches the fully closed position, but then immediately reverses and opens again automatically. Before this operation, I manually closed the door.

My house shifted and the latch bolts no longer line up with the striker plate positions on my front door. I need someone to extend the striker plate holes, install new striker plates, and make sure wood door and security screen now close correctly.

Look for experienced handyman with to help reverse opening direction of two old bedroom doors. (I still want them opening in to the bedrooms, but want them hinged on the opposite side). Each door currently swings in the wrong direction for the room layout. The requirement is to re-hang both doors so they open in the opposite direction while maintaining a clean, finished appearance consistent with the rest of the house. Looking for recommendation and installation of solution for dog door. The pictured window is where we propose for it to be installed. The window slides up and down so dog can come and go however so can birds so we need a better solution. Dog is west highland terrier about 10 kgs.

I have an outdoor BBQ unit. There are three tasks - 1. I need someone to repair the cabinet door that has come loose from its hinges. The hinge mounting plates have stripped out of the cabinet frame (see photo). This has been repaired before by the installer and failed. 2. The cupboards need cleaning. 3. I need a way for the doors to be secured closed, so that water/weather does not get inside the cupboards. I am guessing that water damage has caused this.
