A bedroom door has come off its hinges. The screws in the top hinge no longer have traction/are holding the plate in place in the door frame. It may be necessary to replace both hinges and rehang the door.

Door & lock keep getting jammed. Needs a readjustment. Also need two other doors that need to be swapped in opening orientation.

Tall Doors sticking in rooms ( at bottom)due to new carpets installed. Need straight forward sanding or planing or similar to size. Double doors in two rooms. Single entry door in third room. So 5 doors in total. ( 2x double doors) and 1 single entry bedroom door ( single entry door is just sticking at top and only needs a sand ( or plane)at top so very easy so . Bottom is free .So effectively 4 doors as 5th very easy 5 hinges each side ( for bedroom door set). Rooms on single level house floor with easy access with garage to work in if raining.

- Door hinges need to be secured as per photos - New door hinges required at other spots as per photos - Glass needs to be installed at the half bottom part of the door or some other suitable material that seals the door and is strong/weather resistant - Fix Strike plate on the door frame for the door to close properly (the part of the door frame which secures the latch) Please take all the attached photos into consideration as the photos are self-explanatory on what needs to be done Can be done Mon-Fri between 10 AM and 4 PM - This is a shop

I have to replace two internal doors. One is 23250x820x35, the other one is 23400x815x35 I intend to buy internal doors from Bowens and your job would be to cut them to size, drill the handle/lock holes and cut out recesses for the hinges. I’ve got the old doors here so that you could measure them again.

Might need to install a battery back up so they can be opened in the event of a power failure. - Unit 1 top floor bedroom has pad bolt on outside. This needs to be removed. I have had two standard hollow core doors installed internally by Doors Plus and need someone to install their new door handles. They’re not “standard” door handles, they are from ABI. 2x “Davis” door handle (bedroom and bathroom) 1x “Dion” Privacy Snib lock (bathroom) I also need the handyman to shave off a few mms at the top of the bathroom door as the installer installed it too close to the door frame which means I cannot hang anything (like the mirror in the pic) and then close the door. Please state if you can do the job this week Sun-Tue (26-28 January).
