Fix 2 things : 1. Garage door rail roller fell off on the right side of the door. 2. The bolt also came off on the right side. Although I can still use the garage door to open and close.

We have a new house that came with an existing doggy door that is too small for our dog. When talking to companies they are wanting the width to increase in order to fit their frames, but we are unable to increase the width due to a door and cabinet being on either side. Therefore, we are needing assistance making the whole bigger, and putting in a new doggy door big enough for a medium sized dog. Note this is in a brick wall.

We are experiencing issues with our outdoor blinds/awning, as they can no longer be closed properly. They appear to be an auto spring type. Not sure exactly what’s wrong but the door won’t close. It may be the hinges are misaligned or the wood has swollen or both!

Change door from left swinging to right swinging. Must include filling any gaps/ holes where hinges where and adjusting door handle, etc. for the new side
