Help us replace five hinges on the pantry door

The door has been broken away from the hinges and needs to be fixed

I need a weather strip for the main door replaced (like sellaseal compression seal, you can see the gap in the first picture) and I need the actual roller hinge fixed or replaced. I also need that locking mechanism replaced or fixed on the bottom of one of the doors as it's missing its casing and doesn't work now.

Have a sliding door insert with locks to install, it’s from https://www.modernpetdoors.com.au/ - site has YouTube links so you know what to expect. Bonus task if you can measure and install a fly screen sliding section too.

Looking for someone experienced with roller gates to fix the following issues: Track appears rusty at one end. When opening fully, the gate bounces back and starts closing again. I’ll attach photos to show the problem. Please bring any tools/materials needed for the repair. The track will need to be replaced. Will require redoing concrete as well.

Install draft kit to front door. Screws loose on wall mounted garage door frame, require simple replacement and fitting of new screws to reinforce frame into garage ceiling.

Install new 4 panel garage door. Existing garage door and hardware will be removed and new door and hardware will be on site.
