Garage door is broken and falling off

Looking for a qualified handyman or builder to cut and install a standard internal door in the wall (see red-marked area in photo) to create access from the house to the garage. • The wall is currently plasterboard • Size should fit a standard internal door. • You’ll need to supply tools; I can supply the door or discuss including it in the quote. • There’s a power outlet nearby (see photo) • Clean work and minimal damage preferred.

I need to put these doors back into place please, needs to be bolted back, 1 door needs to be attached, and the other 2 doors, just need to be bolted back on.

I think my door is misaligned... would need someone to give their opinion and possibly fixing it. As you can see there are a few gaps between the door and the frame. I would try and tighten up screws myself but there is paint over them. Please quote what you think it would cost.

Anticipate the tasker will have to visit the site and measure up and inspect the jobs. Then go to Bunnings (5min away) purchase a door for the garage with hinges and fasteners (approx. $90) plus screws to reattach the bannister (approx. $30-$35). The door must be appropriate for a door going from the interior to the exterior of the garage. The doorway may be a non standard height (1920mm). So if an exact fitting door in the price range can't be found, the top and bottom of the door may need to be trimmed to match the appropriate location of the hinges, before the door is fitted and reattached. The bannister out the back has come loose from the post at one end so appropriate fasteners will be needed to reattach it and make the bannister safe and sturdy again. The job will include $400 for labour and contingencies. Making a total of $525. The aim is to complete the job on the day.
