Hey there I am hoping to replace both my exterior doors. The green door with colourbond gate and white door with colourbond door please. Including the door frames for both of them.

Balcony sliding door is not sealing properly. When the door is fully closed, there is still a visible gap in the middle. The gap seems to be caused by the sliding door being slightly tilted or misaligned. The gap is small at the top (the top seals well), but it gradually becomes wider towards the bottom. I need an experienced sliding door repairer to inspect the door and realign/reset it properly so it seals tightly again. The property is located in Doncaster. Please bring your own tools. The roller door had scraping sound last week and it failed to roll up again this. The roller door service guy claimed that " the spring inside the roller door is either disconnected or faulty, a new lighter roller door is needed". I need someone to fix the problem for me. A new motor will be given by the warranty. Hopefully someone can come and physically inspect the roller door.
