I need a back door fitting, including locks.

I would like an old door replaced with a new door. I have the door ready it just needs to be cut at the top and I have a gold handle for you to put on.

Install Pre purchased cat door into solid timber door.

This job is to assess and provide a quote to address the following: I have a timber floor on joists that is raised and a bit bouncy in some sections and sinking in others. This has progressively got worse over the years, to the point where bifold doors are unable to be opened. In addition the pavers on the other side of the bifolds have shifted both up and down. There is good access to the sub floor area. I need someone to assess the floor, doors pavers, drainage and sub floor area. I am assuming all the issues are related but maybe not! It is more uneven than shown in the picture Then provide a quote to address the issues.
