I need a 175mm core hole drilled through a travertine tile 50mm thick on a bed of concrete. This is so I can dig out the hole and install a 90x90mm post to swing a gate on. The tiled path is on a slope of about 20⁰ and the hole has to be as close as possible to the dividing fence without cracking the tile. Please have a look at the photos and let me know whether this is doable. I don't know what core drilling charges out at so I have made a guess. I do however have a finite budget so if it proves to be too expensive I will find another way to do it.

the Hume Doors bi-fold door on our linen closet has disconnected. The pivot at the base / hinge of the door is no longer connected to the floor socket. I need the door repaired as I think post from the door has broken, or at least disconnected. I could not find any broken pieces in the area. - Due date: Flexible
