Want the doggy door to be made of the same glass the door is made of, not plastic or metal. Needs to be something that isn’t obviously seen.

One of the garage door springs have popped off. The screw came looseon the piece that secures it in place and just needs to be screwed back on. The spring is too taut for me to put in place myself, needs someone who is experienced with them as apparently quite dangerous if you don't use the proper tool to unwind it.

I need someone to fix the sliding shower doors on two showers. They just need to be re-screwed/reconnected properly and secured with a solution that will last. Photos below.

I have this window the bottom of the frame is rot need replace the rot part and glue some new timber and make it water proof. Will be multiple visits I feel , the red circle is soft and rot like sponge this is the worst bit need to be replaced
