Iron barn door to be hung on door frame / concrete wall. Door and pieces all included with instructions. Large door is required to be hung on track however a hammer drill will be needed to install large bolts into the concrete wall that sits behind the door frame. The unit it quote heave as all iron. An existing pantry door (photo attached) is supported by 4 hinges (photos of some of the hinges are attached). One of the hinges is broken and the other three have all deformed/sagged. We have a heritage Front Door. When it is closed, the bottom of it stick out about 1cm and leaves a gap. The dead lock also rubs when opening and closing because the door seems to be pushing out (trying to open) when it is closed. I need someone to adjust or rehang the door so it closes properly (with not gaps) and adjust the lock stop so the lock unlocks and lock smoothly.

I need assistance with the installation of an internal bifold door. I have the door hardware, but additional tools or replacing of fittings may be required for a secure fit. The door needs to be properly aligned and smoothly operational once installed.
