Would also like the areas made good with wood putty (what ever is best) so that I can paint them once dry and fixed. You will be using the current door hardware in the photos.

I got two new doors needed to be paited and installation for replacing the old ddors. One is the external door for laundry room to outside, another is an internal door between garage and house.

The external door is wooden with rot damage. It is still on its hinges. The rot is mostly at the bottom part of the door. There is no need for repainting or refinishing after the repair. Damage is only to the door itself, not the frame. The door has glass inserts with one glass pane only. Weatherproofing or sealing condition is unknown, may need inspection and possible replacement after repair. No preferred time frame for the repair. Professional should bring all necessary tools and materials. Door dimensions: 2035mm x 558mm. The bottom rail requires replacement.

My front door handles has come loose so need that fixed (context was we put a door insulation rubber strip to help with the cold and it was fitted too tightly so the door struggled to close so needed a lot of force to shut. Over time it caused the door handle to come loose) And my round mirror properly mounted to my dining room wall. The wall has a stud in the middle of the wall so will probably need a french cleat system to anchor the mirror as the mirrors mount has 2 side by side anchors at the back.
