Sliding Door Repairs x 2 Two Sliding Doors to be Repaired. 1) Glass sliding door is heavy to close and is not locking properly due to wheels being worn down. Wheels need to be replaced. 2) Sliding Screen Door has come off its tracks, does not close properly and needs pet resistant mesh replaced. Once again wheels are probably worn down and need replacing. Mesh needs replacing. You will need to provide tools and materials as part of the job.

We have 9 doors (bedroom & wardrobe) which need to be taken off so that carpet layers can install carpet. Hinges are painted over so may bit difficult.

The part of the hinge attached to the cupboard door has come away from the plate on the door and i cannot work out how to slide it back into position. In the Laundry the hinge is sagging so that the doors do not close properly

The height of the door entrance is 2.04cm The width is 84cm plus 3 millimetres There used to be a door that would open outwards, but it looks like it was removed when they installed the air conditioners, which would be in the way; therefore, the door will need to open inwards into the garage. Also, presumably, the inside of the frame will need to be modified to account for the door. The door frame or door jam will need to be modified. About 10cm between the concrete floor and door frame needs to be filled on both sides. In addition, the bottom 20 centimetres or so of the door will need a steel overlay. The pavement slopes down, and it's likely to get wet when it rains, so it'll need to be modified to ensure the wood doesn't warp. See the attached pictures; ideally, I'm looking for somebody local. Price to include exterior solid door and materials. The door does not need to be too fancy but decent quality.
