About 10cm between the concrete floor and door frame needs to be filled on both sides. In addition, the bottom 20 centimetres or so of the door will need a steel overlay. The pavement slopes down, and it's likely to get wet when it rains, so it'll need to be modified to ensure the wood doesn't warp. See the attached pictures; ideally, I'm looking for somebody local.
