One of our remote controlled garage doors does does not work properly. Does not open and shut in one movement. Lots of jerky movements etc and may take us 5-10 times to get it shut with remote. We need someone to reset / fix this problem. Supplier of garage door don’t exist anymore .

Bathroom door closed and the bathroom sink draw must have slid out and closed the door from behind which I now can’t get open needing some help to get in

Fix latch on vertical sliding window. Nails appear to have sheared off. Can’t seem to access the area to reattach without removing the windows
