The job is aesthetic only, not functional or supporting. The window does not open. Basically we don't like the look of metal frames on the interior of our windows. We're keen for someone to source a few pieces of really beautiful hardwood with a lovely natural grain for this job. You would basically pop it into the plaster frame area so it covers the silver metal. We'd cover the horizontal line near the top also.

I need the external frame of a newly installed window painted and the old broken glass removed (the installer left it behind). The window is on the second floor, so access will require either a scaffold, harness, or reaching across from the adjacent balcony using appropriate equipment. Window frames and panels are a little weather worn. The need a good sand and a couple of layers of stain. I can provide the stain. The person will need a very tall extender ladder.

The window is around 4-5m high and will need to be accessed from a lane with a ladder. I will supply the Cutek timber stain and witches hats etc but do not have a ladder.
