Error is saying drainage pipe needs to be cleared, emptied out the water and cleaned the filter multiple times but that error keeps coming up

Leaking washine machine. Faulty control panel, noisy drum and leaking coming from machine before cycle ends. I empty water when AE message comes up but a few minutes later AE message comes again. It is a LG washing machine/ dryer combined. When drying cycle is on drum is very noisy.
