Technika oven not heating up

Top corner of door was broken while cleaning, needs to be fixed ASAP

my shower is leaking. i got it fixed a few months ago but it has started again to leak. tried to close as much as I can, still water leakes. in addition to that, i need some kitchen cabinets fixed, a door handle replacement, oven fix. I am in need of an all rounder for a cheap price.

One burner has an issue and needs repair. Igniter clicks but flame doesn’t stay on. Also, oven glass is loose and needs repair.

Two stove tops are not working out of 6. Oven also not working.

Technika oven re-sealed -

I need a licensed electrician to remove the old oven and install a new one, and also take away the old unit. The previous oven was 75cm wide and the new one is 60cm wide, so I also need two panels to fill the gaps on the left and right sides.

Need to move the gas pipe a little above to accommodate new electric oven. The old oven had recess on the rear half of roof so the gas pipe was ok. The new oven has a flat rooftop so would touch the gas pipe.

Gas oven is not working. Make: Westinghouse Model: Gxn650sng Initial inspection suggested that it Could potentially be gas valve or thermocouple. Need help to get it fixed.
