My Samsung front-loader washing machine (around 3 years old) occasionally stops during the wash cycle and displays “Check Drainage.” I regularly clean the drain filter and run the tub-cleaning cycle, and I have already attempted DIY troubleshooting several times, but the issue keeps occurring intermittently. Looking for an experienced Samsung washing-machine technician to diagnose the actual cause and repair it. Have a Hisense dishwasher model number HWFY8514 Currently leaking water from the bottom. Have emptied the filter and checked the hoses. Appear to be fine. Rubber seals are good as well. A piece of clothing got caught and was torn apart. Shortly after water leaked.
