Washer changed on laundry tap for washing machine

Hi, my Bosch serie 4 washing machine WAN24124AU has stopped drawing water after moving houses. The tap is working, and the machine worked perfectly fine at our previous home. The inlet valve is screwed onto the back of the washing machine so tight that the removalists nor myself could remove it at that end so I am unsure if it is blocked etc there. Looking to have this fixed but obviously unsure of exactly what it entails at this stage.

New home needs washing machine to be installed. The side cabinet has the inlet but no hole for the pipe to pass. Also, no drainage pipe so that needs to be installed

Just moved in and the removalists haven’t set up my washing machine. 5minute job for any in the trade.

Washing machine isn’t pumping water correctly, sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Usually after arounr 5 cycles it fills up with water.
