We’ve had some gyprock installed and need it finishing off. It needs skimming over, sanding back, ready to be painted. You can also see from the image that there’s some cornice missing from above the door, and two pieces of gyprock also around the door. we have that here, if that can be installed also that would be great.

Install a roof on the existing verandah and enclose walls. Measurements approx 248cm x 613cm. Floor to bottom of gutter 228cm. We have a lot of color bond sheets available which might be suitable for the roof. There is an existing frame that can be built upon. Would like to enclose the area with windows and a door so it can be utilized all year round. It would be ideal to use recycled materials where possible (add this cost to your quote) Feel free to ask questions to clarify. * Area in the pic is defined with a wooden frame (waist height). The roof would need to be below the main roof area to allow for overflow/ drainage etc. * Please include full cost of job (inc materials) in your quote to complete the job - I’ve allocated for labor only (As material cost unknown).

Need a bathroom sheeted up ready for tiling - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 6 March 2022

Need a older brown aluminium balustrade cleaned, prepped and painted black (probably sprayed) on our front verandah. Also needs some minor repairs to spindles (re-fixing). The length of the balustrade is about 6-7m (standard height). Verandah is located on the second story. Recommend 2 people to make it easier. Please include buying the paint in the pricing. Timing is an estimate - can be slightly longer if needed

I have a couple of internal doors that no longer close properly (possibly need to be adjusted or planed?). I also have a hole in a gyprock wall that needs to be repaired.
