Had roof leak now fixed now I need to be fixed and painted roof

Install new power point under the sink for a dishwasher. Dishwasher is going in the cupboard circled in red. Power point to go in the other cupboard.

Fix a gyprock hole 20x30, a few paint touch ups and if possible help load a big mattress on a van next Friday

need the water damaged celling gyprock repaired/replaced.

Need 3 power points installed. 1 in a laundry 1 under the sink for dishwasher 1 outdoors

We’ve had some gyprock installed and need it finishing off. It needs skimming over, sanding back, ready to be painted. You can also see from the image that there’s some cornice missing from above the door, and two pieces of gyprock also around the door. we have that here, if that can be installed also that would be great.

Install a roof on the existing verandah and enclose walls. Measurements approx 248cm x 613cm. Floor to bottom of gutter 228cm. We have a lot of color bond sheets available which might be suitable for the roof. There is an existing frame that can be built upon. Would like to enclose the area with windows and a door so it can be utilized all year round. It would be ideal to use recycled materials where possible (add this cost to your quote) Feel free to ask questions to clarify. * Area in the pic is defined with a wooden frame (waist height). The roof would need to be below the main roof area to allow for overflow/ drainage etc. * Please include full cost of job (inc materials) in your quote to complete the job - I’ve allocated for labor only (As material cost unknown).

Cutting and nailing in place wooden beading to fit over gyprock for Small 6 x 3mm room. Cutting and nailing Architrave around windows 1 x External 2 x Internal Preparing the room to paint. Tools including Drop Saw available Should be about 6 hours work. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 10 June 2022
