We re did a portion of ceiling in our bathroom, the plaster board needs painting. A portion of wall near shower needs mould treating and then the room walls painted (tiles come up half way so painting from half way up and ceiling)

We had a canvas painting fall on the power point and knock it off the wall. It's still connected and all fine, need the damage to the wall surrounding it to be repaired.

Two passageways (both 89cm x 240cm) between corridor and room need closing off: Passageway 1 - Complete closure: - Full plasterboard installation blocking off opening - Cornicing and skirting boards to match existing - White IKEA cabinet wedged in space needs removing first (not attached) - Only one side needs to be done, the other side is closed by an internal cabinet Passageway 2 - Sliding door: - Install IKEA SKYTTA track system to top of opening - Track needs cutting into existing cornicing for flush fit - I’ll handle door assembly/hanging - just need track installed properly Important notes: - Feature wallpaper will be replaced after work, so no need to be precious about it - Both openings need professional cornice work (why I’m not DIY-ing) - Flexible timing - any time within next month works Photos attached showing current setup.

Ignore budget as I'm not sure - just after options / budget quotes right now. Corrugated (Longspan profile) 18m Long x 4m (panel length) wide. Mounted to 150*50 C Channel on 5 Wooden Upright posts. Roof panels breaking free from C Channel which is appears to be rusting quite badly. Option 1 - Clean, Treat and Paint C Channel and refasten roof panels. Option 2 - Replace all C Channel (any suitable material) Reuse / repair roof panels if salvageable. Posts should be ok. Option 3 - ?

Uneven and partial old paint on the indoor walls. Need the walls sanded and possibly rendered/patched ready for painting. Small two bedroom house. 3 rooms to do.

Looking for a licensed electrician to complete a few small installations in a single-storey home (built in 2021) in Port Noarlunga. Building plans can be provided if needed. Scope of work: Install 1 GPO with TV antenna socket in a bedroom (existing antenna already in place — this is just an additional outlet). Install 1 ceiling light point with switch in a small hallway (currently no existing light). Install an LED strip light in the alfresco ceiling recess, projecting upward to provide soft indirect lighting. Install 3 or 4 ceiling-mounted light points in the garage, projecting light upward. This replaces the previous plan for LED strip lighting in that area. All work must comply with relevant electrical standards, and a compliance certificate is required upon completion.
