Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprock ceiling repairer to repair several holes in our ceilings following removal of old lights/exhaust fans and vents. There are 10 areas in total: * 6 small circular holes from removed ceiling fittings * 2 larger holes left by removed exhaust fans * 2 existing ceiling vents to be removed and the openings patched over Photos attached showing the areas requiring repair. The job is to properly patch all openings, reinforce/back where required, plaster/set, sand and finish the ceiling surfaces smooth and flush, ready for painting. We want the repairs to blend into the existing ceiling as neatly as possible. Please supply all materials required for the repairs and clean up afterwards.

Hi, I just need someone who can apply a thin layer or render to two small walls before the tiling commences. The walls are already ground and will have a primer applied so all you need to do is apply a thin layer of render, which I will supply.

Cement rendering of internal brick bathroom walls in preparation for waterproofing and tiling. Bathroom wall dimensions are: 1. (1200mm width x 2400mm height) x 2 2. (2300mm length x 2400mm height) x 2, minus a std doorway. 3. Total surface area = 15.3 m2 Job scope 1. Clean and prepare existing brickwork (currently exposed face brick), removing loose mortar, dust, contaminants and any material that may inhibit adhesion. 2. Apply appropriate bonding agent (e.g. ARDEX WR Prime) or render key where required. 3. Render the existing internal face-brick bathroom walls with ARDEX WR 120 FR, or equivalent polymer-modified cementitious render suitable for masonry and wet-area applications. 4. Build out uneven brickwork as required so finished walls are plumb, square and flat, including internal corners and wall junctions, ready for waterproofing and subsequent large-format tiling. (Note that the walls are fairly plumb at present - but note point below). 5. Finish the rendered surface with an appropriate keyed/float finish suitable for waterproof membrane and tile adhesive. 6. Coordinate finished wall thickness around door jambs, plumbing fittings, niches, wastes and other penetrations. 7. Finished substrate to meet the tolerances required for the proposed tile installation. Note: Walls are to be rendered sufficiently flat and plumb for large-format tiling; the tile adhesive is not to be relied upon to correct significant variations, if any, in the substrate. Thanks.

We are looking for an experienced painter to paint a newly concrete rendered L-shaped planter box at a residential home in Brabham WA - approximately 5mx3m in length. You will have access to the backyard where the planter box is via a side passageway which is approximately 0.6-0.8m in width and ~25m from the front. Hi, We are from Oscar Wylee. We suspect the power points within our main optom room are faulty to some degree as we've had continuous issues with the screens connected to them. Both screens function normally when plugged into our back room, but will not power on correctly when in the main room. We need rectify this issue urgently.
