Cut out water damaged plasterboard in ceiling. Check if aircon vent is set at correct height. Glue and screw existing plaster board surrounding piece you cut out. Glue and screw replacement plasterboard. Fix aircon vent through plasterboard paper and plaster all joins. Plaster to paint finish. Paint - 1x seal coat 2x white to match existing. Cover work area to prevent spillage of any kind. Supply all materials, paint and tools required. You must be qualified or be dam good with experience to undertake this task. Have 3 more tasks for the right person. Max 2 m2 plasterboard may need replacing.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to inspect my kitchen and provide a quote. I recently purchased a portable 2000W induction cooktop. The existing double power point is located on the left-hand side of the kitchen splashback, while the cooktop’s power cord exits from the back-right. As a result, the cord has to run across the back of the cooktop to reach the outlet. My main concern is that when using a large frying pan or pot, the hot side of the cookware could come into contact with the power cord. I’d like advice on the safest and neatest solution. My preference is to keep the existing double power point (as it’s used for my coffee machine) and, if practical, install an additional double power point on the right-hand side of the splashback for the induction cooktop/other appliances. For reference: ● The house is double brick. ● The wall behind the kitchen splashback is an external double-brick wall. ● I’ve attached photos of both the kitchen and the outside of the wall to help assess the job. Hi, We are from Oscar Wylee. We suspect the power points within our main optom room are faulty to some degree as we've had continuous issues with the screens connected to them. Both screens function normally when plugged into our back room, but will not power on correctly when in the main room. We need rectify this issue urgently.
