We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented plasterer to help convert a recessed nook in our living room into a custom built-in dry bar. The focal point of the project is to construct a smooth, symmetrical arched ceiling and opening within the existing alcove, blending seamlessly into the surrounding structure. Scope of Work: • Modify the existing square-set recess (approx. 120cm wide x 210cm high x 60cm deep) to include an arched top/ceiling and curved opening. • Apply high-quality plaster finish to all interior surfaces (including arch) in preparation for painting and cabinetry installation. • Ensure the final finish is clean, flush, and integrates well with existing walls and ceiling.

We are doing a quick reno before we sell. To tidy the place up we can: 1. Remove existing ceiling + cornice and replace with new + square set. 2. Alternatively, baton over existing and install new over the top of existing. Area size = 18sqm x 3 rooms

We need the house undercoated and topcoated - walls only, not eaves or fascia. Colour being changed to light grey or similar. All holes will be patched and undercoated and house will be cleaned so basically it’s a rolling and cutting in job. Labour only. Paint (Dulux) will be supplied. Don’t apply if you’re a rough painter.

I'm replacing my old video doorbell with a Ring doorbell. I need someone to take the old doorbell off my rendered front fence (it's quite stuck) and install the new Ring doorbell.
