Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to diagnose and repair a Caroma toilet cistern that is overflowing. Issue: * Water continues to fill the cistern and overflows. * Likely issue with the fill valve, float, or inlet valve not shutting off correctly. * Toilet still flushes, but the water level keeps rising. Task: * Diagnose the cause of the overflow. * Repair or replace the faulty part if required (please advise if parts are needed). * Ensure the toilet fills and shuts off correctly with no leaks. I’ve attached photos of the cistern for reference.

Vulcan 125L hot water system is only delivering warm water not hot. Has been this way for some time but I suspect it is getting even less warm now.

Kitchen sink is draining slowly. Took apart the U-Bend and found a pencil ?! and other gunk logged in there but sink is still draining slowly so there must be more to it. Other drains sometimes drain slowly but that could be normal hair build up in showers etc
