water does not flow from rain tank to rain water outlets in the house. It might be a problem with the pump. Also, town water is connected to the same pipe system, but with a minimal flow.

Landscaper is installing paving and rocks next week. They've suggested adding a channel drain beneath the paving to manage water flow.
