Wire in 4 power points 6 down lights for 3 small rooms 2 of the rooms require on off relays to either door so 2 on off points Wire in 2 sensor lights. These are plug in type Delete / relocate one unwanted wire

We recently moved our built in wardrobe and were looking to see if we would be able to trim down the two existing mirror doors and frame and make them fit the new dimensions as we have had trades tell us this can be done but havent been able to find anyone with experience in it. The doors are currently 121cm wide each and would need to fit together a 170cm space. If you think this is something you could do please reach out. I have uploaded a generic photo of what the doors look like as they're currently off the wardrobe due to sizing issues.

Ceiling skylight has damaged gyprock from a previous leak. Leak has been fixed but gyprock is damaged.

Existing power point is currently flush with kitchen backsplash I need x2 power points brought forward using spacers. I have purchased spacers from Bunnings in hopes I got the right ones?

Exterior Awning on upstairs window of 3-Bed Town House has a rope and pulley system where the rope is frayed both on the outside near the arm of the awning and inside the bedroom where the rope is tied off. Fairly bad condition so will need to be replaced fairly soon. - Due date: Flexible

Brick home to be rendered front and sides Downpipes and light fittings to be taken off and replaced after job. Just want color pigment added No painting requiref. All rubbish to be removed by person doing job. Want someone experienced who can do a good clean job at an affordable price. All scaffolding, materials and air tasker fees to be included in yr price.
