I need a reliable and experienced handyman to install 9 curtain rods, 1 moderately heavy wall mirror at my home in Forest Lake (4078). - 9 curtain rods to be installed on drywall (plasterboard), drill and screw into studs. - 1 wall mirror to be mounted securely (approx. medium-heavy weight) on drywall. - I will provide rods, brackets and mirror. - curtain drop is 223cm - You must bring your own tools and any suitable wall plugs or anchors - Installation must be level, neat, and secure Flexible with timing – weekday or weekend is fine.

Need to patch up some of the ares as in pictures, will need someone with gyprock, plastering experience.

A previous handyman has started four half size walls and need someone to quote on completing the job

I am renovating my kitchen and have removed some walls. I will need the ceiling re gyprocked and plastered. I have pictures required. I feel it may only need I sheet of gypock to do the job.

Condensation from air con pipes has caused some ceiling holes and stains around the vents which I want to get fixed up and painted as needed. Also would like a solution to avoid it happening again next summer - perhaps waterproofing the tops or some trays installed ? Then a bit of wall damage needs fixing too.
