We are based in Chapel Hill and have just found out the there was a problem with fitting of our garage door. The belt chain has not been firmly secured to the gyprock. It may have been caused by the broken spring causing excessive pressure on the chain. I needs someone to remove the garage door, fixing the mounting point and paint the door.
