Hi, I am looking for an experienced handyman who can install Gyprock sheets, ceiling cornice, and complete basic plastering (joint setting and sanding) in our garage. The garage size is approximately **5.4 m × 8.4 m**. The previous ceiling has already been removed, but there are still some **minor debris and leftover materials** that will need to be cleared before installation begins. The job will include: * Supplying the required materials (Gyprock sheets, cornice, joint compound, screws, etc.) * Installing the ceiling boards * Installing ceiling cornice * Plastering the joints and screw holes (setting and sanding) so the ceiling is ready for painting * Cleaning up the space after the work is completed I will **reimburse material costs if receipts are provided**. I estimate the work will take around **7 hours with two people**, but if it takes longer, I am happy to pay additional labour costs. You have to bring your **own tools and equipment** required to complete the job. **Experience installing cornice and handling corner joints neatly is required.** Please see the photo below to understand the current condition of the garage. Hello! 👋 I'm seeking a qualified/experienced handyman to hang two framed glass prints on an internal wall—locating studs or metal framing will be required. Items: 2 x glass prints, 50cm x 75cm each—they're reasonably heavy, at best guess, around 6 kg each. If it's of any value, the items were purchased from Snapfish. (I have also included a photo of the provided instructions.) Wall type: I believe it’s gyprock/plasterboard. The tradesman who mounted my television in another room concluded that our walls don’t have timber studs—he suggested metal studs/framing behind the gyprock. If it assists with your estimate, our building is slightly less than five years old. Requirement: Please locate studs/framing and mount securely—not just into plasterboard. As such, please bring a stud finder and supply appropriate fixings for plasterboard and metal studs. Finish: I'd like the items level, aligned, and evenly spaced.
