There is mould present in the ceiling of garage due to bathroom leakage on the first floor. Leakage has been repaired by the qualified plumber. Now need to remove mould from one corner of the ceiling, install the new gyprock & then paint it.

And tidy up, pick up the stack of waste material leave on the side after you dismantle, and leave ready for a tradie to come and install new balustrade panels on the 11 units. Approx 4 to 5 hours work between 2 people, must bring your own tools which is drill and hammer really, own safety equipment and ladder is the balconies are 3 meters high approx and own public liability insurance. We need the following done in 1 room: - Sheeting up up half exposed wall underneath window - patching up holes in room from previous electrical sockets - plastering the edges of new walk-way (may need some minor framing - timber supplied if needed). Hubby can assist with minor framing there if needed. - plastering up the existing door way (creating a continuous wall there). Hubby will frame it up for you beforehand. Refer to pictures.
