Parts of the walls in our investment property had to be cut into due to water damage from a burst pipe to be dried and out and needs fixing. Please see attached photos. Each photo is an indivisible section that needs fixing. This is only lounge and kitchen area. Bedrooms don’t need doing or bathrooms. There are also two doors where the frames were ripped off also and need replacing. Hopefully you can all quote based on these pictures.

Remove a damaged ceiling and gyprock a few rooms and cornice as well

De -nail and install ceiling gyprock x 3 rooms + flushing. 8+ sheets supplied. Ideally hourly rate - Due date: Before Friday, 23 February 2024
