I need four existing vents removed and hole plastered.

We have a vanity nook in a bedroom that is about 78cm wide (and 60cm deep). We would ideally like it to be 120cm wide so that it can fit a small desk. This would require modifying the built in wardrobe by moving the right wall of the built in about 42cm. To make the site suitable for a desk we'd also seek to move the power point (circled in red) to the rear wall and the floor (under the current mirror location). This would obviously need to be performed by an electrician. Given the wardrobe would be smaller, we assume new doors would be required and we'd request mirror doors. Would you be able to give us a quote for the work? Including new doors, paint, floor installation and electrical. We have spare floorboards ready. Other materials would need to be provided. Open to advice and splitting the job (ie electrician and paint for someone else), but it is not our preference.

I've got brick/rendered walls. Need someone to mount four stirrup brackets (see picture) with wall anchors, high up close to the ceiling. I have the brackets, screws and anchors.

I am renovating my laundry and need to install an extra power point below an existing one (so that the washing machine can be plugged in below bench height). The wall is gyprock. The mess in the floor in the photo will be cleaned up and machine machine moved prior to attendance to allow clear and easy access.

I would like someone who has experience with these kind of walls/set ups, and can mount the tv securely. ⚠️I want to avoid only mounting into the plaster as the tv will sit on the same wall as the front door, so impact/vibrations from that opening and closing is a factor I want to consider. ⏱️ preferred time: as this is located in an apartment complex I will avoid drilling outside 7am and 7pm out of consideration for my neighbours. We had some water damage to the ceiling after a heavy rain. All the damaged ceiling has been removed. Approximately 6m spare of ceiling to replaced and stopped. The price estimate is just for placement. Price is negotiable.

I'm moving out of my place in Gungahlin and need help with some handyman work. Around 5 small holes / dents in gyprock walls that need to be plastered (not painted). Biggest hole is around 10cm x 2cm and smaller ones are roughly coin sized. Pictures attached. 1 toilet paper holder & 1 towel rack needing installation (already purchased the toilet paper holder & towel rack, just need installation).

House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Maybe some mortar? Whole new render? Not pedantic, probably just need to stop water getting in. I am looking into getting some additional drainage put in separately.

I have two power points that have randomly become unstuck. One appears to have just come unstuck from the wall and with the waterproofing bit I can't work out how to put it back in, the switches all work it's just unattached as per the pic. The other one is attached but the button that activated the bathroom fan isn't working, it's like the fan just isn't attached to the button which you can see from the flat button. These are issues in two separate bathrooms for clarity. I also need someone to hang four picture ledges, two sets of two next to each other. Happy if you want to quote just for one of the tasks, I also know it's going to cost more but no idea what so happy for quotes.

I have a crack in my plasterboard wall as show in the attached image. Can someone fix it ?
