My toilet seat keeps sliding around and even comes off. It has already been tightened once but it didn't change anything, was still sliding that same day. Needs to either be fixed or replaced but would like someone with knowledge to figure out which and do it.

The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

Replace broken toilet seat with soft close one. It is a top mount blind fixing I have tried myself but failed as couldn’t get the right connection as holes are shallow and all fittings I found would not work.
