Looking for a qualified plumber or experienced handyman to replace an existing kitchen mixer with a new touchless/sensor-activated model. Scope of Work: • Removal: Disconnect and remove the current standard kitchen mixer. • Installation: Install the new touchless mixer tap into the existing sink/benchtop hole. Model : Malleco touch less kitchen mixer bought from Costco .. See picture attached. • Connection: Secure all water lines (hot/cold) and ensure the sensor battery pack or power adapter is properly mounted and functional. • Testing: Check for leaks and calibrate the touchless sensor to ensure consistent operation. Required Tools/Materials: • New touchless mixer (provided by me). • Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, thread tape, etc., provided by Tasker). Location: South Ripley

Bathroom single cold tap leaking badly when turned on. I have changed the washer but still leaking, may need reseating? The second bathroom mixer tap drips. I have purchased a new one, needs to be installed.

I have a leaking mixer tap that needs to be replaced and have an identical tap for replacement. The tap is leaking under the sink from the flexible hose to vege washer and requires the whole tap to be replaced. Tap is positioned behind the sink and access is reasonably tight to remove the nut from the base of the mixer tap. If you require any additional details before quoting please ask.

Looking for an experienced plumber to install a sink mixer tap in the kitchen, replacing the old one. As the new one is weighted and has extension, will need to cut the white board under the sink in oval shape for the weights to hang.

Leak fix and replace shower seal strip. My shower door doesnt have a seal strip. I have tried a few but cant find the correct size (one that doesnt jam). Glass is 10mm thick. Also the shower is leaking into my walk in robe. I think the leak may be because the bottom water bar floor seal has a gap in the silicone. Please see photos. Hi, I had a tenant living with me and he left while I was away and I couldn't fully check the house but the toilet is blocked and half filled. Would someone please clean and unblock it? As per the tenant, he tried plunger and some mr muscle type solutions but nothing worked.
