We are installing a new stone benchtop and splashback for our kitchen. But before we can do so, the old benchtop and splashback needs to go! Benchtop is caesarstone and comprises three pieces, and splashback is one piece, glued on to a (I think) cement wall. Job must take care of disposal (or re use if possible) of removed materials. Sink and cooktop are to be reused. Un-installation of sink potentially welcome but not essential, and removal of cooktop is not necessary.

Tile front of terrace. Total 8sqm in a Tessalated octogon tile. Tiles wil be supplied.

Grouting repair of a shower recess

We have existing tiles that are fine in terms of waterproofing etc, but we don’t like them and we are keen to get non slip micro cement in one toilet and two bathrooms. The floor area is 2m x 88cm (toilet), bathrooms 1.9m x 2.4m and 1.86m x 2.2m

We have small amounts of water leaking around the shower drain in an ensuite shower and are looking to have someone re-grout the tiles and seal the drain. Shower floor is approximately 1m x 1.5m. There are a few other odd tasks, like fixing a screen door and painting part of a ceiling, that we could also discuss and we would be happy to pay a bit more for.

The stainless steel splashback in my kitchen is coming away from the wall. It needs to be removed, have sikaflex applied to it and stuck back on. Should only be an hours work, requires airtasker to bring sikaflex and gun. Included in fee. Ideally - first thing in the morning tomorrow (19th) or after 10am on 26/07. Free parking is available out the front of the building however limited spots - earlier the better.

We need tiles removed from our kitchen floor and then replaced with new tiles. The kitchen is small: the floor dimensions are approximately 119x231mm plus 76x80mm under the fridge. We would like this done on2-3 June if possible. Parking is available. Access is via approx. 24 stairs.
