Older apartment, needing grouting removed from walls, shower and floor tiles and fresh new grouting applied.

I have a 0.8m2 area above my laundry sink to be tiled. I have the tiles glue grout ect just need some one experienced to do the work.

My kitchen is 3m*4m - we'd like the current tiles removed & disposed of & new tiles put down instead. We're looking at a pattern tile like the attached - a 200x200 tile. Install carpet tiles with glue and necessary trimmings for joint transition - entrance hallway + bedroom - approximately 16 sqm.
