Hi, We need somebody to remove (i believe you make need to use a small grinder) to sand down some very old, broken grout and regrout in a mid-grey epoxy colour in our laundry. It's a 2x1m space, and the marble tiles have been sanded and sealed. Tiles are 20cm x 20cm and it's for floor tiles only (not splashback). Preference is for an epoxy grout in a light grey colour. Caulking services would also be appreciated.

We need to hang a shaving cabinet and mirror on our bathroom tiled wall above the basin. Round mirror, 800x800, with smaller square cabinet.
