Find a professional tiler in Chippendale

Looking for an experienced tiler or handyman to complete a small job at my home. Work required: • Replace a few small broken tiles in my bathroom • Lay ~12 tiles in my backyard (small outdoor area). I have the outdoor tiles. Tiles can be supplied by me (or happy to discuss). Area is accessible, has parking and job should be straightforward for someone with tiling experience. Must have own tools and deliver a neat, professional finish (including grouting). Timing: Flexible. Please comment with experience and availability. Photos available if needed. Will pay extra for bathroom tiles to be painted white.

Accepting the offer by end of next week. Scope: • Remove old grout and silicone from shower walls & floor • Clean limescale and residue on tiles before re-grouting • Re-grout using mould-resistant, waterproof grout in a light beige tone (e.g. Ardex FG8 Bone / Davco Ivory / Mapei Beige 132) • Apply matching sanitary silicone for wet areas (e.g. Ardex ST Silicone Ivory / Selleys Wet Area Ivory) • Ensure full waterproof and clean finish • Apply grout sealer / protective coating after drying Shower area: approx. 2 m × 1.8 m floor area plus one and a half walls in that room. Materials: Please supply all materials — grout, silicone, tools, and cleaners.
